It is evident that banana is becoming my favorite fruit for this year!
I bought this little, portable usb-chargeable smoothie maker and i’ve been blending things all day. Most of them are disgusting attempts for a healthy life style but once in the blue moon i get it right! And that’s the story of the banana & tahini smoothie 🙂
Ingredients:
- 1 medium (or 1/2 large) FROZEN banana
- 1 cup of milk (or 1/2 milk and 1/2 cold water)
- 1 tablespoon tahini (if you hate tahini – shame on you – peanut butter works as well)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (if you hate maple syrup – double shame on you – honey is an alternative)
- 1 handful muesli
- a pinch of cinnamon (to taste)
Add all ingredients in the blender (liquids first) and let it do its magic. Serve in a glass that makes you feel good and enjoy the yumminess!
